Unable to change SLA Details

Unable to change SLA Details

When editing SLA details or adding new ones I receive following error:

FAILURE :Error while adding the SLA Details.

Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1.178.193.400.926.

Any ideas?
