Unable to assign technician, group, site when editing request
Hi,
I have "Pick(ed) Up" various tickets in our system and the group got reset to -.
I went into edit on these tickets but when I click on technician, group or site, the dropdown lists contain nothing. This happens in IE 7 and Firefox 2 and 3.
Because the group is not set, various views that my team use will not see any of these tickets. The dropdown lists just say "Choose Technician", "Choose Group" etc but nothing is in the list.
