Unable to assign a ticket to a technician when i am in the ticket.
I am unable to assign a technician when im inside the ticket. The groups and technician selection popup box comes up fine, but i am unable to hit enter to accept.
this is happening in IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Any suggestions?
