Unable to add screenshots and attachments to request

Hello,

Recently we had to move our database over to a new hard drive on the DB server.  Since then the users haven't been able to add screenshots to Description/Note fields or attachments to a call.

Is there a config file somewhere that needs to be redirected to the new DB location?
