I have a requestor that left the company and I deleted her from the requestors list a while ago but now this person is back and I am unable to add her as it is stating that she is already in the system. Here is the error:

FAILURE :Login with same name already exists. Please provide different value for Login Name.

Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,265,656,729,723."

Is there another place where I need to delete her so that I can re-add her?

Any help would be very much appreciated...
