Unable to access jarfile. \classes\OpManagerStartupClasses.j

Hi,

Wonder if somebody can help me with an installation problem I have with ManageEngine OpManager 7.

If i run the wizard it gives the following error during the installation:

error while i18n

It then does not extract all the files but creates the folders. If I extract the files manually running the OpManager.exe file and try to run ManageEngine OpManager 7 the following error occurs:

Java Virtual Machine Launcher
Unable to access jarfile. \classes\OpManagerStartupClasses.jar

I am running the latest java version on my Win XP Pro SP2 laptop.

Any suggestions?
