UEMS Agent Health Checker launches a console host in the interactive user session every 20 minutes (Windows 11 25H2)

We use **ManageEngine Endpoint Central Cloud**. On Windows 11 25H2 clients, users see a console window flash briefly about every 20 minutes.


Process monitoring captured this chain:


`UEMSAgentHealthChecker.exe` → `UEMSAgentHcHelper.exe` → `UEMSAgentHcComHelper.exe` → `conhost.exe`


`UEMSAgentHcComHelper.exe` runs in the logged-on user’s session. We reproduced the same console window by launching the Health Checker manually.


Is this a known issue with the Endpoint Central Cloud agent? Is there a fixed agent version or hotfix? Can the helper run without displaying a console window, and is its 20-minute interval configurable through a supported setting?
