UEM Product is not reachable!

UEM Product is not reachable!

I installed both UEM and Asset Explorer on the same server.
Everything works well, but when UEM integrated with Asset Explorer, at the top of the Asset Explorer page, there is an error: "UEM Product is not reachable" and in the integration settings section, and in integration setting on the Asset Explorer there is an error of "Services not updatedis shown.
Please review it. Also the error images are attached
