We migrate our Helpdesk for the last version, and something is not working properly.

We have a UDF Text with a list items. And I need set this item when inserting a new incidente by the API.

I try put the "name of UDF item" or"text1" in the URL but not working :(.

What I need put in the URL for this UDF TEXT list Item to set automatically ?
