When trying Starting NetFlow Analyzer Collector (https://info.manageengine.com/products//netflow/distributed-monitoring/help/index.html), I am encountering the error 'Please free the port(s) [8060, 22] before starting the server.

I then run 'sudo fuser -k 8060/tcp' and 'sudo fuser -k 22/tcp'

When I'm prompted for the http port, I enter 8060 again now that it's free, but then get the Error:: Problem in starting or connecting to the database. 

Any ideas on what to check or how to fix this issue?
