Two Problems
I recently purchased OpManager and am still setting it up, but I noticed I'm having two problems.
First, I have a Email Notification Profile that I want to delete. If I click on the Delete icon I get a Notification Deleted Successfully message and the profile is removed. However, if I leave the Notifications page and come back the Email Notification Profile I just deleted is back again.
My second problem is with switch monitoring. I'm getting critical alerts on switches because ports are going down. That's fine, but I'm getting these alerts on ports that I am not monitoring. Ex: I just got an alert that interface index 33 went down, but I'm only monitoring int index 49 and 50.
