Two Interface with Opmanager

I have a server which has got two interfaces on which i am planning to install OpMnager tool. We have few servers which are a diff LAN so for me monitor these devices i will need to put the server on that private IP which does not have access to the internet so if have Opmanager installed on a server with public and private IP will the Opmanager take both the IP;s? and reason i having two interface is the Private network does not have communication with the Internet and for me to recieve alerts i need to put the OpManager server on public.
