Before you ask, yes I have created two sets of credentials for X & Y Domain.

 

Basically, I have X.domain.co.uk & Y.domain.co.uk Opmanager is sitting on a 2K8 Box on the X Domain.

 

Windows machines on the X Domain scan ok without issue, and report back CPU and memory usage etc.

 

Windows machines on the Y Domain scan ok but do not report back anything except ICMP, even though when using the credential check WMI passes fine. I even troubleshooted using the cpu.vbs and passing credentials that way.

 

When I use the command line and vbs script on a 4 CPU 2k3 box, I get a correct response back with 4 CPU's but does not tell me how much CPU usage. This is the same on another identical box.

 

What is going on here?
