Turning off imbedded images in requests.
Hi,
How can we turn off imbedded images in requests. Currently we have support email going directly into SDP. However I believe there is a security risk allowing imbedded images to automatically load within service desk.
Other application such as outlook no longer allow imbedded images to be rendered by default because of these security issue.
