Turning off email requests

Turning off email requests

Hi,

We are using ServiceDesk Plus 7.6 and currently have the users going to the website and opening the requests. Well, some people know that if they send an email to helpdesk@company.com it will auto create the request. We would like to disable that feature to force the users to sign in to the web form. Is there a way to turn that off without compromising the reply feature when the users are answering questions to already opened requests?
