Hello, I wanted to know if it is possible to turn on patchmanager without access to any network. I need to turn on the server where the application and its database are installed without access to the network. but for some reason the service does not turn on. Is it possible to do that, turn on patchmanager without access to any network and thus be able to enter the web console and fix some things?
