Turn off Notifications when Request logged through SS portal
Guys,
Can anyone think of a way to turn off notifications when someone has logged their request via the Self Service Portal, yet keep them if logged by email or by phone? As someone has pointed out, if they are using the portal then they know the call is logged and how to get back to it if they want to check on how it is progressing.
