Turn off notifications when Incident field "Do Not Notify" is set to Yes

Hi, 

Occasionally we have the situation that we need to resolve Incicents without sending the resolved notification the the requester.

First off, i already tried the Junk Notification Rules. But Sadly the only criteria i can select are subject, description and sender. I tested it with the expression DONOTNOTIFY in the Subject and it works. But Not all of our technicians have the permission to edit Requests and add the DONOTNOTIFY expression to the Subject. It is highly situational when we dont want to send resolved notifications and it is not one specific user we dont want to send any.

Is there any way if a custom field named like "Do not notify" (which i already created) field is set to yes no Resolved Notification will be set for that specific request?
