Is there a way to turn off monitoring user ports so we don't get alerts when users unplug their laptops? We are using cisco switches and everytime a person logs off or disconnects we get an alert. I really only want to be alerted when the switch or an important device such as a server have issues. Is there way to do this, we are using OpManager8 build 8051.
