Turn off alarms for disabled services

Turn off alarms for disabled services

Hello, I get alarms for disabled services. I don't want any alarm for this. For example "File Replication Service". Is there any way to avoid getting this monitors configured in the first place, and also is there a way to remove all monitors for disabled services?
