ttl Expired and device is up in Opmanager

ttl Expired and device is up in Opmanager

hy guys!

Some devices are unavailable (category routers) are up in status, although they are down.
When do I make the Ping Test the devices reported that the ttl has expired.
Status should be down in Opp, but this does not occur.


some idea of what might be happening?
