Hi everybody!

For several months, I've had issues with trying to update my install of ServiceDesk Plus FREE version when it was trying to stop or start PostgerSQL

To get around it, I would manually use startDB.sh or stopDB.sh and the patch would apply.  With the current update, it is also updating PostgreSQL and this will no longer work.

About my system:

CentOs 8

16GB memory

40GB Partition (Small install, with just me as the tech)

SDP Version: 11.3 Build 11302

Trying to apply update ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_11_3_0_SP-0_7_0.ppm

Pastebin of updatemgrlog0.txt when UpdateManager.sh -c tries to stop the DB and fails

Any help would be appreciated!
