If I create a new custom request trigger:
Do you see the parameter #CC_Users? If I get an emailed request where the CC'd users are support groups it does not send the notification.
If I change nothing but the $CC_Users to $Group_Members it sends the notification - but I dont want the group members to be notified - they are not the CC"d users. I need the CC'd support groups to be notified.
What am I doing wrong? Why does the $CC_Users parameter not send to the support groups?
