Trying to execute OpManager on MSSQL 2005 with non-sysadmin

I installed OpManager 7.0 Professional with MSSQL 2005 database backend, by means of "sa" user. Later, I checked the installation was fine, and then I tried to change database user, in file "database_params.conf". I created in SQL 2005 a new SQL login, called "opmanager", and made it db_owner of OpManagerDB database.

Then, I restart the application and doesn't work well. Wrapper.log shows the line "Process : DBServer [ FAILED ]" and stderrXX.log shows the line "17:22:54:491 PM ##### PROBLEM IN INITIALIZING MODULE class com.adventnet.nms.eventdb.EventMgr #####" continuously repeating.

When I give sysadmin server role to "opmanager" login, all is fine. By security reasons, I don't want "opmanager" login to be sysadmin.

I'm a newbie with SQL 2005, although not with SQL 2005. I tried to give explicit permissions to "opmanager" user in OpManagerDB database, but nothing is working. :-(
