Trying to build a report showing all incidents created by requesters only, not technicians.

I'm trying to create a report that shows all incidents created since Aug 1st, 2017, but I want to filter out requests created by technicians. I only want to see requests from those that are just requesters. Is there a reasonably easy way to do this?
