Since updating our standard license a few days ago, we can no longer create tickets via email. The error we receive when checking mail fetching refers to a certificate error, but I cannot find where to resolve this issue? The troubleshooting page refers to SSL Certificate and offers a file download but it is only provided in a Linux file format.
We really need to get this fixed ASAP as we are not receiving Ticket requests at the moment which is causing big problems.
The error is:
FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. Could not find valid certification path to requested target, so kindly configure to apply Trusted/Self Signed Certificate.
