Is there a troubleshooting guide for cloud users to look at when the sync between SD+ fails.
I've searched and found a bunch of tips and steps to take but I don't know if a) they worked b) are recommended by Zoho.
Example: Service Catalog names can't contain " / " as the sync fails due to an unrecognized character.
Any chance you guys could create this as a post for us to look at prior reaching out to support?
