Troubles with connecting to clients

Hi everyone!
I have a problem with connecting to clients (linux, windows). I installed 30-day trial OpManager on Gentoo (kernel 2.6.19) x86 system. First error was:

"SshTools / log4j jar not present in classpath.
Please download the sshtools-j2ssh-0.0.4-alpha-bin.tar.gz/zip from url "http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/sshtools" and set classpath to jaxb, log4j and sshtools jars."

I followed on this instructions:

and

and after these steps my error log had one error:
"APPLNERR: exception during logging in authentication failed"

I check all credentials but that didn't gave any good result to me.

P.S. Had anybody installed OpManager in virtual containers like OpenVZ? I tryed to do this on OpenVZ (container: FC5-i386-minimal-2.6.18) but my networks didn't define correctly.
