Trouble messages in opmanager

Hello all,

I got trouble messages from a few of our servers:

AuthenticationFailure : .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2 Servername Hardware: AMD64 Family 15 Model 5 Stepping 10 AT/AT COMPATIBLE - Software: Windows Version 5.2 (Build 3790 Multiprocessor)

Why do I get this messages ?
What can I do to prevent it ?
