Hi,

 

Currently using Op Manager build number 7502. We are wishing to rebrand our report headers with our own company logo.

We have tried to import a comapny logo jpg via the "rebranding" section under "Admin". We select the logo and click import. Once this was do we restarted the Op Manager server/application.

 

The report header logo will not change, still default Managed Engine.

 

Is there a fault here or do we need to follow a different process?
