Hello all,

   I am trying to use a WAN agent to manage a server at a remote site. I specified the WAN IP address for the DC server. However, it does not connect to the DC server, and the agent status is listed as still needing to be installed. Does anyone have any ideas on things I should check to troubleshoot this problem? I would appreciate any advice that anyone can give.
