Hello,

   I spoke with a very helpful support person this morning who was able to work through a few problems we had with the 6100 build update.  It appears everything is working pretty well, however we are receiving some errors when trying to access some of our password Groups.  Three give trouble, however the other 12 appear to be okay.

 

Here are the symptoms:

If we click on a resource under "Show Resources" for any of the 3 groups in question, an 'error on page' is generated (see below)

The second issue that we're receiving is a bit more intrusive to normal operation.

 

By default, 25 entries are shown on the page.  If I click the 'next page' link or if I click the page number "2", a message at the top of the page appears:  "An error when processing the request.... Click Here for more Details."  When clicking the 'click here' link, it indicates it could not process the request.

Oddly enough, if I change the view from 25 to 50 per page, I receive no errors when moving between pages.  Furthermore, if I change it back to 25, still no errors.

But, if I move away to another group and come back to the offending group, the errors start all over again.  It appears that the initial loading of the group is failing.

 

Fortunately, we have figured out some workarounds to the errors, however we are planning on setting up a secondary server for high availablity.  I want to make sure the primary server is functioning properly before we replicate anything to the secondary.
