Tripplite UPS Charge/Load

I have been working for a couple of days on getting all of our devices loaded into our new OpManager Enterprise setup. We are moving from an old installation of WhatsUp Gold and really like the features of OpManager. Most of our devices are working properly, but our Tripplite UPS's are not. They are identified properly when we discover them and classified as Vendor: Tripplite, Category: UPS, and type: Tripplite UPS. However, the UPS Load and Charge monitors are never updated. What can we do to get those two monitors working properly? I am using all the stock MIBs and templates at this point, so nothing has been added or customized yet.
