Is it possible to have an email sent to AD Manager or picked up by AD Manager and it perform a task (such as adding to a Distribution Group) based on the email?

Use Case:

HR e-mails team to add user to Group XYZ on Date xx/xx/xxxx

AD Manager receives a copy of the email and parses out the user and date

Adds user to group xyz on the date in the email.

Or can it perform an action based on a Splunk alert/log? Either would be acceptable.
