Is there a way to trigger a workflow on a particular performance monitor?  At first glance i does not seem possible, when the workflow is applied to a device, I can't select a particular threshold, for example the CPU usage.  So the workflow is triggered on every type of performance monitor alarm like memory usage or disk space but I need it only when the CPU usage generates an alarm.

As you can see in the image, the link to select a particular threshold is not available.  Is this missing or is it a design issue?
