Trial teething troubles
We are running a trial of Opmanager and have a few queries
1. I have set up some business views but when I hover over the links I get the a pop up "No interface object associated with this link"
What does it mean and how can I resolve it to show link information and details.
2. Our switchs and routers can't run port mapping as the error bridge-mib no associated comes up.
How do we associate the bridge-mib with the devices.
3. How do we get more information from the device LAN ports?
4. If we buy the product after testing will we be able to request custom mibs to return monitor information that at present does not seem to be returned even when selected on the device snapshot configuration.
