Traps from HP Proliant servers
Hi,
What must I do for being sure my HP servers is correctly monitored? And be sure about getting all traps about failing RAID, RAM modules and so on?
I have read several threads here, for what I understand I must load the MIB files from HP, and also create custom trap monitors in Opmanager for every single of them?
Or is every trap registrered in opmanager anyway, regardless MIB import/trap setup?
I assume many people uses Opmanager for monitoring their HP servers (and other, of course). It would be very nice if your developers maked sure opmanager is preloaded with MIB files from the leading server vendors, so users be sure their servers is properly monitored.
