Trap processor not working
Hi, I am evaluating OpManager (v 6003).
I'm getting unsolicited traps from a custom agent. I want them to be show has an alarm so I used the Trap Processor. After that, I'm not getting unsolicited traps from the agent, but I'm not receiving alarm either
. What wrong?
