Where can I find original English texts for all modules?

I was able to find all other languages except English (the .properties file for English was practically empty) for some modules.

Also, another question: for Russian translation, the letters are in for of HTML code, e.g. І. So when translating, should I put Georgian letters in the same way, or it is enough to write normally?
