Transfer alerts

I have a complicated question ...
Can we transfer alert from one user to another ?
Explication :
User A has only access to business view "FS" which contains files servers
User B has only access to business view "Antivirus" which contains Mcafee console servers
They receive only e-mail alerts related to their business view
now :
There is an alert on one of the file servers. User A finds out that the problem is related the AV client on the file server so he tells User B to fix the problem (because user B is the AV administrator).
User B must then tell User A to clear the alert which I find very annoying (because the alert was triggered on FS and user B can't see alerts of this business view)
If user B could clear the alert himself WITHOUT giving him access the entire FS business view, that could save time. Right now every users have access to all business view for that reason and I would like to limit that.
