Tracking problems with an Asset

Hi,

We have been testing Helpdesk systems for several months and so far SD+ is the best we have come across yet.

A couple of things we thought would be useful:

1. Able to allocate an Asset to a User/Department AND a Location
2. Able to track issues with Assets. ie we have a VoIP asset which is faulty and needs to be returned to supplier for repair. We can not anywhere to input a "Request" to track this assets progress.

I had a look at the new features coming in the next release, but couldn't see anything that would satisfy these two items.
