Track Technician and Requester Replies for ticket life cycle - possible?

Hi All -

In addition to First Response SLA, my firm also wants to track Technician replies during the ticket life cycle to confirm if each reply abides by the SLA as well. 

Is there a way in MSSQL to track that detail? Does the SDP database capture incremental updates in that regard?  Thank you!
