Hello,

 

How do I enable traceroute service on OpManager? When I try the traceroute from the GUI, it asks me to specify the traceroute service path in /conf/Ping.Properties file. I have already done that as below, but it still gives me the same message.

 

tracePath=/bin/traceroute

 

Do I need to restart OpManager service after this change?
