top 10 process statistics errors on winxp machines

-i have 3 windows 2003srv (i installed one of opmanager 6.0)...
-currently connected 2 winxp machines to network
-i can see the top 10 process statistics (both cpu\ram) for win2003srvs and can end process of an overdosed application but on windows xp machines when i want to see the top 10 process statistics (both cpu\ram) i get an "Process Details are not available." error.
-so that i can't end process of a winxp machine nor see the toprated application usage for cpu\ram (i have entered the correct admin user\pass-the graphics shown and i can see the "Active Processes" "Installed Software" on win xp machines
