Is anyone else having issue with accessing any of the tools(command prompt, registry editor, etc) in the tools menus since the last update?

Works fine if you go to Tools>System Manager>Manage>Select your tool

But its broken everywhere else, for example if you go to Inventory>computers>Click Drop down menu next to a computer>System Manager>Any tool in the menu.

Browsers tried:

Firefox 101.0.1

Chrome 102.0.5005.115

Cache (Temp files) Cleared for both browsers

Checked that popups are allowed

Previous version was 10.1.2138.15 and upgraded to 10.1.2138.16 via the PPM on their website.
