Today's Availability (Not Monitored = 100)

Today's Availability (Not Monitored = 100)

Helo. For the first i want to sorry about my English:/
For the second...I`ve got two Cisco3640 routers on my network and i don`t see the status of availability of this two devices. Always window "Today's Availability" show me only "Not Monitored = 100". Why i cant see availability of this devices?
