Building reports or charts would be a lot simpler if you had advanced search options for easy navigation. ManageEngine Analytics Plus offers a combination of searching, sorting, and filtering options to help you quickly find the fields you’re looking for.
In the report editor screen, there are four options in the column picker section that help you conveniently pick fields of your choice, without having to scroll down the entire list.
Collapse all/Expand all:
Filter through tables from assorted fields such as requests, tasks, or group history using the Collapse all/Expand all option.
Show involved columns:
Do you need to view the columns you’ve used to create a report? Simply click on the show involved columns option - this lets you view all the columns used in building your report, including the columns applied in filtering.
Apply sort:
Using Apply Sort, you can sort by table, column name, column type, or revert back to the default sort option. Done sorting? Just click on the red X mark at the top to undo sorting.
Apply filters:
Apply filters lets you pick fields based on its data type such as date, number, positive number, currency, plain text etc.
