Timezone not correct

Timezone not correct

I'm in the US and my Application Manager time does not match my server time. I have read the DST Changes post, and my java version is 1.5.0_06 so that shouldn't be an issue. My server is set for GMT time but the Application Manager shows a time of 1 hr greater than GMT. My server platform is RHEL4. Please advise.
