TimeSpent Report - Non operational hours

TimeSpent Report - Non operational hours

Hi,

I'm looking to generate a report that displays how much work a technician has done outside of operational hours. 

Ideally each ticket between a certain timeframe would be queried and then a count of each worklog where work outside of normal work hours would be added together.

Is this something that I can achieve in the reports section?
