TimeSpent Query Report
Hi all!
I need a query reports that gives me the following information:
RequestID, Requester, Title, Technician, Created, Completed, TIMESPENT
I need the report separated by groups and the custom reports although gives the timespent report, doesn't have the group filter.
I use MySQL and Linux.
